- How do I get on the board meeting agenda?
Please notify the clerk the Tuesday prior to a board meeting, if you wish to be listed on the board agenda. The board allows comments and questions at the beginning of each meeting. If you have business with the board, you must notify the clerk the Tuesday prior to a board meeting. Do not expect action on your business at the same meeting it is brought to the attention of the board.
