August 17, 2010
Meeting called to order by President Bob Bergsten at 7:00 pm
In attendance were Bob Bergsten, Doug Stanley, Ken Clausen, Keith Peltier, Karen Nevin and Wesley Little
Absent Jerald Swanson
Clerk Lori Plummer
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Building Permit – Wesley Little made a motion to accept the Olson’s building permit application for a auto repair shop. The motion was seconded by Ken Clausen. Motion carried without negative vote
Purchase of new lawnmower – Lori Plummer gave a report from the insurance company. The board members will check into some other options for financing.
Charter Ordinance 6.58 - Ken Clausen made a motion to adopt the Charter Ordinance 6.58 Creating the Office of Village Clerk-Treasurer. Karen Nevin seconded the motion. Motion Carried without negative vote.
Correspondence to Steve Bergsten – Wesley Little made a motion to send the letter to Mr. Bergsten as is. The motion was seconded by Ken Clausen. Motion carried without negative vote.
ADJOURN: Ken Clausen made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Doug Stanley seconded the motion. Motion carried without negative vote. Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm.
