VILLAGE OF POPLAR
PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held in the Village of Poplar on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in the village hall.
The following offices are to be elected:
For the term of two years: Three trustees – Keith Peltier, Karen Nevin and Wesley Little terms will expire on April 17, 2012
NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2011 and the final day for filing papers is 5:00 pm on Tuesday January 3, 2012 in the Village Clerk’s office.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012.
